Dentalytec is a French company that engineers and manufactures high quality dental sterilization cassettes and accessories. 

As a manufacturing and design expert, we attain the perfect balance between quality products and unique design.

Our products are all CE certified and manufactured according to DIN standards. We own our own Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) factory with a management team of European-trained engineers. This allows us to offer various customization options to our clients:

• Selection of various silicone colors
• Laser engraving logos onto products
• Designing new tooling and fabricating bespoke custom-made products

What are sterilization cassettes?

Closed cassette systems provide a more efficient and safer way to process, sterilize and organize instruments in a dental office.

It is a far better and more advanced tool that has been around since the early 1980s to provide a more efficient method to pouches for sterilizing instruments while keeping them organized.

How do they benefit dental practices?

Cassettes organize dental instruments and facilitate ease of use. Instruments can be organized in differently color coded cassettes according to procedure or dentist (in the case of a large practice). This facilitates practice management.

Cassettes also decrease the risk of infection. As the cassette is a closed container, it can be placed directly on a dentist tray, saving time as well as risk of contamination.

Do they work with all sterilization methods?

Yes. Our cassettes are compatible with various sterilization methods mentioned below. The high quality stainless steel and silicone ensure they withstand high temperatures.

The three types of sterilizers most commonly used in dental offices are:

• Steam sterilization (autoclave)
• Dry heat sterilization
• Unsaturated chemical vapour sterilizers

Can products be customized?

Absolutely!

There are three options:

• You can customize the color of silicone used in the cassettes and products. It comes standard in blue, but orange, yellow and green are available.
• Your logo can be laser engraved onto the cassettes, plug-ins, and bur guards. (Terms & Conditions & MOQ apply)
• We can help you create your own bespoke design of a cassette. This is possible as we are an OEM factory and manage our own factory. (Terms & Conditions apply)

How long will an order take to arrive?

From date of payment to delivery, approximately 10 working days, depending on your location and transport method selected.

What pitfalls should I avoid when purchasing dental sterilization cassettes?

Look out for quality marks.

Ensure your cassettes are CE certified. Poor quality products will increase the risk of contamination and cheaper cassettes might damage your instruments and will not last long.

What are Dentalytec products made of?

We take great care in selecting quality raw materials. Our products are made of:

• AISI 304 stainless steel
• High grade heat resistant silicone

What quality assurance is offered at Dentalytec?

• Our raw material is tested to stringent standards
• We’re CE Certified

• Our factory has Final Quality Control and is managed by our product development director

Do Dentalytec products come with a warranty?

What is the minimum order I can place?

We don’t impose a minimum order. So you can choose to buy one product. Online ordering is possible by visiting our retail store. For larger orders please contact us.

Can products be shipped to my country?

Yes they can.

We are a global company and can deliver to any country – lead and shipping times and costs will vary.

How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped?

Delivery times start from 5 working days but shipping depends on your country. We have stock in Europe, China and Mexico, allowing us to streamline the process.
