Warranty Registration

Dentalytec agrees to repair or replace any cassette or bur stand that is defective due to workmanship or material failure, including corrosion, for a period of one year following the date of purchase.

In order to benefit from this warranty, the purchaser must: (1) have previously provided Dentalytec with completion of the registration contact form, and (2) return the defective cassette to Dentalytec, the purchaser being responsible for shipping costs. Whether under this warranty or otherwise, Dentalytec disclaims liability for any damages arising from: (1) user negligence, abuse, misuse, or alterations made to the cassette; (2) the utilization of commercial rather than professional grade washers; (3) failure to follow the manufacturer’s directions for dental automated washers or disinfectors; and/or (4) the improper set-up or installation of Dentalytec products.

Dentalytec retains the option to determine the validity of any claims postulated.

This warranty and any applicable implied warranties (including those of fitness and merchantability) are limited to the parameters outlined above. Any damages resulting from the breach of such warranties are limited to the cost of repair or replacement, at Dentalytec’s discretion. Incidental or consequential damages incurred due to the breach of any applicable warranties are hereby excluded.

In addition to the legal rights granted to you in this warranty, you may have additional rights granted in to your specific locality.
